Terms can vary depending on the reservation’s specifics and booking platforms, but in general conditions are:
- Fifty percent Deposit to confirm reservations
- Balance payable one month prior to stay
- Fully refundable if cancelled within 24-hours of reservation (unless within one month of stay)
- Fully refundable if cancelled at least two months prior to stay, less 5% Admin Fee
- Fifty percent refundable if cancelled at least one month prior to stay
- For cancellations within one month of stay, a proportionate refund will be paid, less Admin costs, if dates are successfully rebooked by other guests
